Carter James is a photographer and filmmaker based in Alabaster, AL. He is a graduate of The University of Montevallo, with a B.A. in Mass Communication and minor in Digital Filmmaking.

During undergrad, Carter was a part of the Flosports streaming crew, director for Montevallo Athletic features, as well as the editor in chief for the university newspaper, The Alabamian. In his spare time he assisted with social media accounts of multiple student organizations.
